Many young bosses merely like to blindly listen and follow without doing thorough research before they start up a business. Even if they did , they would follow everything they know without improving their knowledge from time to time .

Therefore, if you are not familiar to the range of threshold and range of payment of tax in Malaysia , then you may encounter more losses due to your laziness.Therefore, you have to up to date and know the differences well between corporate tax & personal income tax in Malaysia.

From the above picture and link, you may see there is a vast different in terms of percentage of tax if you are conducting your business by way of enterprise or Sdn. Bhd.
You shouldn’t merely focus on the costs in secretary fee and auditor fee of Sdn. Bhd. when your company is more suitable to run under Sdn . Bhd. according to the income of your company .

There are too many young bosses rely on their external and internal accounts in all material times. Many of them do not concern about their monthly income & expenses and failed to review their expenses from time to time.
If you are not concerned about your money inside your pocket then do not expect anyone else to monitor and revise for you.
3.Research & Development

It is one of the crucial elements for a company to conduct the survey in the market since the demand in the market can easily change by months or years.
Many people keep doing the same thing by using the same method for years without developing anything and they would feel stressed after they found out their services and products are outdated in the market .
4.Black and white

Many young bosses only focus on the short term success. The thought of having to draft and revising an agreement is a waste of time and will let their businesses or collaborate partners to run away .
They always have an idea that if everything is written in black and white then there is no trust for both parties to involve in a transaction.
However, you shouldn’t forget that you may face bigger difficulties and the relationship will turn even sour when there is any event of default or any unwanted incident happened from either party.
5.Marketing

Marketing is merely one of the elements in a company but all of us have given excessive focus to this element and indirectly bring more harm than good to a company .
Many SME bosses overspend the marketing budget every year to ensure that they are not far behind from their competitors .
Sad to say, many of them have omitted that the expenses for this element far out-weighs their income . Many of their marketing strategies doesn’t come with a good plan .
It is better to strike a balance among the 5 elements to let your company run itself better.
